I fogot about this UTF business while waiting for your input... well, we
certainly aren't going to get any more of that unless I release
something so here you are:

Could someone tell me if it actually works and provide me with a test
case of some sort for the unicode functionality? There's a bunch of new
services (umatch, umatchg, and so on) that pass the REG_UTF8 option to
the library. A few words of warning: this is based on my latest UNTESTED
code and not on the latest release (which no one tested so far as I know
anyway). Oh, and I rebuilt PCRE6.7 with unicode support (library
included)... but I still haven't made the "proper" build I intended.
More on that later.
