Yes, it has to do with the enhancement so that, with program A 
active, when you start program B from a PowerPro bar and then close 
program B, Windows will make program A active again (rather then the 
PowerPro bar)

Looking at the code, I can definitely see it is wrong, although I 
could not get the situation to happen on my machine.  I uploaded what 
should be a fix to

I have not uploaded a new install package since I could not verify 
whether this fix the problem.  Can you let me know.
