> Hi Bruce, I thought I remembered that functions weren't supposed to work. That's why I was quite surprised when then did work, seemingly just fine! You think there's a gotcha in there somewhere? I imported the regexPluginTest script, it has functions (one has eight arguments). Works. I have the function statements as LCmd's not Labels. I did have to change the calls in that script for pattern callouts and replacecallback (to @callout and [EMAIL PROTECTED](args). Apparently working fine -- no compare differences. I guess I should remove like-named script files from my scripts dir just to be sure nothing is sneaking in from the file side. I did have a problem with another script which started out having a label at the top. After importing, there was a problem. That label was called in the timer section of the pcf with *Script Run (formerly Runfile) [EMAIL PROTECTED] Would not work, always said toplabel was invalid, not a good thing in a 2 second timer. :) So I finally removed toplabel from the command list/script, and changed the timer entry to *Script Run clname. It has a quit at the end of the top section anyway, so no need for the label. That works fine. Regards, Sheri
