I'm not sure why I had to run it twice either, but here's basically
what I did. I ran the installer and let it create the pcf folder
where I wanted it. Naturally, it copied in default.pcf, so I quit
powerpro and then copied my pcf into the new folder and then
restarted powerpro. When everything looked okay, I figured I was
done, shut down powerpro, deleted the pcf in the old location and
then restarted powerpro. That's when I saw the default configuration
appear. I think I know now what happened; I used the original
shortcut (which I've programmed to Ctrl-P) to restart powerpro and
naturally it looked in the old location for the pcf because that's
how the shortcut was constructed. Once I modified the shortcut (which
I think the installer did for me because I told it to create the
shortcuts the second time around), then everything was good to go.

In any event, I've got things working properly now.

Thanks,

Cheers,
Tom
