Others have reported problems with poltergeists in Vista. Try Google "Vista exorcisms" for possible solutions. Seriously, if your computer starts behaving differently under what seems to be the same input, something must have changed. The above seems like another program interfering with PowerPro. Or it could be some kind of Vista security thing if you have changed those settings. Try the divide and conquer investigation approach for hints at a solution. - does bump screen as a hot key still work (e.g. to start notepad) - does bar show attached to a hot key still work?
