This is strange. After each system reboot, if I try to scroll a long web page fast up and down in IE, the system starts beeping and CPU usage reaches 100%.
If I unload powerpro, and run it again the problem sometimes is solved. The strange thing is that I do not change any setting in ppro. I simply unload and load ppro repeatedly until the problem dissappears. Any idea?
