No, it's win xp pro sp-2. Maybe it is related to microsoft mouse driver or sth. I tried a different mouse and the problem remains. But both mice i tried were MS's (comfort optical 3000 and another one which i can't remember). It is very strange because I don't even have to restart IE. I unload ppro, load it, and the problem disappears. I may have to do that two or three times though.
