Try with empty configuration:

1. Copy your current pproconf.pcf to a backup file. In fact, copy it
to a couple of backup files.

2. Copy default.pcf over pproconf.pcf.

3. reboot. Does the problem happen the same way?

4. Copy your backup pproconf.pcf over pproconf.pcf.

Do you start PowerPro at startup? If so, try removing it from startup
group and starting later.

It may depend on the order in which programs start.
