PowerPro uses an old approach (global hooks) which has been there since the days of PowerPro's ancestor from win.3.1. It won't be changing. I think there are better hooking approaches with w2k+, which eg keytrap plugin uses (you may be able to disable capslock with it). There are also registry hacks which may work for you which you can find by googling disable caps lock.
