[power-pro] condtional stuff in file menus possible?

I want to do this:

Format Context
(validpath(file.folder(win.exepath("c=powerpromain"))++?"\plugins\dialog.dll"))

  include Scripts\serviceMenus\dialogPluginFunctions.txt

Format EndContext

Doesn't work.  Is there any way to include stuff conditionally in a 
file menu file?
