I think that in some versions of Windows (XP too I think) pids are unrelated to process creation date, pids are re-used. A process may have multiple windows, some visible, some invisible. The script does not get all pids by the same exename, it gets visible window handles by the same exename. I just tried the script with two instances of total commander, and it seems to work OK.
