Given that 250 minus the closed size of 25 is greater than 206, I
assume there would not be room for another item at the item height
dictated by my default font size. In other words, more than 19 pixels
would be needed to display another item, and there is only 19
additional pixels available in the 250 total.
If the combo used the style CBS_NOINTEGRALHEIGHT partial items would
get displayed and maybe the window size would be exactly 225 (but
using that style wouldn't be useful imo).
At different font sizes, my list window varies a bit from 206.
CBS_NOINTEGRALHEIGHT
Specifies that the size of the combo box is exactly the size
specified by the application when it created the combo box. Normally,
the system sizes a combo box so that it does not display partial items.
