Could you use a shortcut to the Notes folder in "dropbox"?

If not, you could easily have all your Powerpro data files in a
subfolder of "dropbox".

For example, if dropbox is C:\Dropbox, you could make a new subfolder,
C:\Dropbox\PProData. Into that folder, move (from your PowerPro app
folder) your pcf file, any ini files used by plugins, your Scripts and
Notes subfolders plus any other miscellaneous data files. Then change
your shortcut that starts PowerPro to:

C:\pathto\PowerPro\Powerpro.exe "C:\Dropbox\PProData\pproconf.pcf"

For "Starts in", I would use the new PowerPro data folder, i.e.,
C:\Dropbox\PProData\
