If you wanted you could change the logic of your bars to behave
differently depending on something unique on each computer.

But I'm sure it would be easier to simply run a bat file that copies
or moves the Notes folder before and after sync'ing.

FWIW, a future version of Dropbox supposedly won't require that active
files exist in the special folder.
