Could you be more precise as to what is / isn't working? >From what you wrote I assume you have a PowerPro bar that isn't shown properly. Have you tried changing its position (e.g. to "floating")? You may have set it to the "taskbar" position, which is incompatible with Vista as far as I'm aware.
