Hi Bruce and all Vista 64 bits user who feel concerned.

Finally I found the way to have the drag and drop working with 
Windows Vista 64 bits.

Simply move the program that was intalled in this folder by default 
"C:\Program Files"  to this one ---> "C:\Program Files (x86)" or any 
other one different of the system folder.


(I think that this folder is protected by Windows.)
