[power-pro] dde.start_conversation

I think something is not getting reset after a failed attempt to start
a conversation to a given server. Before I can connect to Ecco, Ecco
needs to have been running for some short period of time. But if there
is a failed attempt, the plugin always fails to start that
conversation unless I first unload the dde plugin or restart PowerPro.
