No, sorry, it does not work in a way internally that would allow that. The fixed position are all relative to one screen unfortunately. Caption should work. Is "allow off screen bars" checked (command lists|setup|all bars)? You should also be able to change the position to floating, drag it anywhere, and then change the position to locked and have it stay where it is on any screen, assuming "allow off screen bars" is checked. Does that work?
