YOu just use the offsets on the bars tab of the properties for the
command list.
Unfortunately, there is a bug in that the entry fields are disabled for
the "left of active" etc positions. So just set the position to
floating, set the offset, then reset the position to (eg) left of
acgive; negative numbers move the bar to the left (for x) or up (for
y).
