Hi all, I said I'd report back here, so, almost a year later, I am!
I discovered AppleScript on the Mac, so what with that & the underlying Unix OS which is fun to program, I didn't go the PowerPro via virtual Windows route. I do have VMWare installed, but only use it for Win-only apps. I miss PowerPro's simplicity, flexibility, & awesome power, though. I see Bruce you are still very active here.. thought you were gonna ease off? Heh. I am amazed & again awe-struck with your dedication & selflessness. The Mac has a beautiful interface & is a system that doesn't crash much, so in those regards, it's great -- however, even with the kinda cool apps available (number slowly growing) nothing so far has inspired anything like the real love I have for PowerPro. For me, PowerPro is still the single best software application ever. I loved using it, & I still miss it daily. Bruce, if you ever get into Mac's... well, there's an app gap here just waiting for your attention. ;) Big hello to everyone & hope you are all well.
