Thanks forxtra, Your dblcs = 2 results looks similar to my dblcs = 0 (since I am single byte). But to clarify the test: Open the note. Hide the note. On the menu, find the note in the open submenu. Click the note. Does it show the note? (test with various dblcs settings but remember to rebuild the menu between tests). Also, there is a menu item in the Note Entry and Maintenance submenu to make a note (with pp-configured default category from the clipboard). Tooltip shows byte length of the clipboard. Is your maximum note size still based on this byte length or can it now be 30,000 characters? Regards, Sheri
