I did not know how to change codepage at the application level
except cmd.exe.

When I change the codepage setting from 949 to 437 in CMD console, I
could not use Korean. (mostly question marks)

After installing AppLocale,
C:\WINDOWS\AppPatch\AppLoc.exe "C:\Program
Files\PowerPro\powerpro.exe" "/L0409"

When I trying to use Powerpro via AppLocale, at first it seems to
display Korean properly.

However, powerpro becomes very unresponsive generally to hotkey,
mouse action...

Specially, No response when I right click a file/folder in Explorer
to access context menu

I have to press ctrl+alt+del to restart powerpro without AppLocale.
