I guess that the special character seems like single "smart" opening quote 
(shown as ¡®) causes the problem.

Although it seems similar to smart quotes, it's not exactly the same characters.


Curiously, the error only occurs while using powerpro.hlp.
If tyring to copy a string after converting from powerpro.hlp to powerpro.rtf, 
there's no problem.
