Are you using the latest version of Powerpro? "Invalid command error" would 
make sense if using a version that predates the addition of this command. I 
copied the command from your message and pasted it into a command block in the 
scheduler, and it works without error. Latest Powerpro version 4.9e just 
released is here: <http://powerpro.webeddie.com/download/pwrpro49.zip>
