Jose I have found it to be as Bruce says. I can place notes in sub-folders using a file manager. However, I can't place them there automatically. ( For Sheri also ) I have also found that I sometimes have a problem accessing them using Sheri's "Notes Menu" script. Sometimes, the folders with sub-folders won't show up either. For example, using: -- folder_cat1 | --folder_cat1-1 "folder_cat1" won't show up in "Notes Menu", so of course I can't see "folder_cat1-1" either. When this happens the only way to fix the problem I need to re-start PPro. Bobbie
