Currently you must use the new Prompt mechanism to assign a new category to an existing note. Alternatively, you can edit the note files in a text editor and put the new category names (with backslashes) into their headers. You don't have to move them. Just Open them with PowerPro, and close them again. PowerPro will put them in the right place when closing. FWIW, once you have a note that has a given subcategory, a new note in that subcategory can be be made directly via Notemenu script (provided at least one such categorized note exists that is not currently open). <http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/power-pro/files/Scripts/NoteMenu_219.zip> Regards, Sheri
