I am testing Windows 7 RC1 and I am running into a problem launching one of my programs. I have had the same button for years in XP and am using the same profile now in Win7. My button launches J.River Media Center using the command line of: C:\windows\system32\mc13.exe /Mode standard
MC13 is their helper app that allows arguments. When I try to launch from Powerpro, MC shows an error box stating that "Media Center was installed for a different operating system". The same command works fine from Win 7's run/search box. That same command also works as a user created button in Directory Opus. Like I said, it also worked for years in PP under XP. Is there something unique in the way PP is launching programs other than simply passing the command line to the OS? All my other programs start fine. I am loading PP with administrator rights.
