Sounds like you're running powerpro in compatibility mode and it's 
launching mc13.exe in compatibility mode because it's a child process of 
powerpro. mc13 must have a version check when it's run and is seeing a 
version difference between what it thinks it's running under and the 
media center version it's seeing installed.
