I am sorry but at this stage of PowerPro development I am no longer making these kinds of design changes. Alarms are stored in the pcf file. (The basic issue is that open notes allow their text etc to be changed, so I don't want to restore them to the pcf file until the user has a chance to do this. ) Have you thought about using schedule events to show notes? With a script this could be fairly painless.
