For relative pathing, I've always created my own variables at powerpro 
startup that are relative to the existing powerpro startup session. 
Maybe this will help you some:

Script assign pproexefolder FILE.folder(WINDOW("exefullpath","=powerpro"))

there's the other default one that always exists

pprofolder (path to where your .pcf file is)
