I have had issues with anti-aliasing not working with png transparency; maybe
that is the issue here. I was never able to figure out why.

of my desktop that, according to Winspector's dragging target ("Click and drag
to select a window"), are part of the PProToolbar, but they are not near the
bar window itself.
Not something that is being done intentionally. I have had other, unrelated
issues with system-created windows (namely Shadows) in the past so maybe this
is some kind os system window created on win7. If you attache exec windowinfo
to a hot key, what does it say about the class and owner exe of the windows?
Also confirm no other clist has "auto show as bar" checked.
