To make this work reliably, I need something unique to search for as the active window. Progman (for xp) is fine, but workerw seems suspiciously generic. What about the dimensions of the window (second line of the windowinfo display). Maybe I could use workerw and those dimensions to identify a window which would almost always be the aero desktop. 3028c handle is likely to change in reboot or maybe different systems or different release packs so I would not rely on that.
