Sorry, I thought you had a program that was taking over standard hot keys that already worked in PowerPro when that program started.
You are right, PowerPro does not handle some win+keys. Keytrap uses a different technique for hot keys (which does not work pre win2K, which is why it was not implemented originally in PowerPro).
