It does for me, but I run with UAC disabled.

I think that the right way to make PPro fully Windows Vista/7
compatible would be to give it a manifest with uiAccess set to true,
and installing it to Program Files (this is a requirement for uiAccess
privilege). However, for Windows to honour uiAccess, the executable
also has to be signed with a 2048 bit key (which requires a
codesigning certificate, which costs $75-$500 per year).
