That is only for making Powerpro able to start with admin privilege without the 
user needing to click a confirmation message (when UAC is not disabled). 
Needing to click a dialog when first starting Powerpro confirming it is ok for 
Windows to let Powerpro run with admin privelege may be slightly inconvenient 
but does not compromise compatibility imo.
