[power-pro] How to update files via FTP?

Hello, y'all!  The computer I work on is always offline and I must take my 
stuff to the computer room to upload any changes to my website.  I want to use 
PP to compare a dir on my USB drive to a dir on my host-server via FTP and then 
upload anything new or changed.  It seems like a job for PP; but how do I FTP 
with PP?  Thanks!
