Oops - I mean regular ICH7 does not support ALPM... it does support AHCI.
I tried to force AHCI, by adding my PCI id (8086:27c4) to the ahci.c
pci_id list.
However:
ahci 0000:00:1f.2: version 2.2
ahci: probe of 0000:00:1f.2 failed with error -22
Is there anything else I can try to enable AHCI? (if it is after all
supported...)
Although I have in my BIOS (as of a new BIOS update) a new option:
SATA DIPM option.
Is it possible to support SATA DIPM without AHCI?
