[l...@donald ~]$ /sbin/lsmod | grep eth
forcedeth 57360 0

Use count is 0, so I thought the forcedeth module wasn't the cause. I
had tried to just disconnect my eternet cable, and it had no effet, so I
thought the guilty was the USB subsystem, even if I had no USB
peripheral connected.

But it seems you're right ! After a modprobe -r forcedeth, the number of
wakeups is divided by 3 !

< Detailed C-state information is not available.>
P-states (frequencies)
Wakeups-from-idle per second : 31.4 interval: 15.0s
no ACPI power usage estimate available
Top causes for wakeups:
   62.0% ( 13.7) <interrupt> : pata_amd
    9.0% ( 2.0) <kernel core> : clocksource_register
(clocksource_watchdog)

Is there something I can do to avoid this, while still being able to
have a network connection ?
