I believe I have resolved the issue i had... it seems to be working fine now.
I think the problem was related to NTP's clock update done after powertop had started. Ill reply here again if issue surfaces again, but no news is good news! Btw, how long is it supposed to take to get a first estimate? 5 min exactly? tx!
