Translator access to the powertop tree is now active. We're using the moblin.org
access/account system, so we encourage everyone to create an account there and
e-mail me your account name, after which I will give you permissions to upload
translations through the transifex website.

Translations also can be sent by mail as we used to do.
In the mean time I've scrubbed all the .po files from obsolete strings. There
are
about 10% untranslated (or more) strings in all of the languages now.
