No, in the ptr record, Name field must be in-adr.arpa format as below

Name: 1.0.168.192.in-addr.arpa
Content: lucas.example.com

In this case, ptr records must belong to '0.168.192.in-addr.arpa' domain.
In other words, you must create '0.168.192.in-addr.arpa' master zone in 
poweradmin.

These are the same concept as BIND.
