Hi powerbookers,

Encouraged by the info presented here earlier this year on putting USB
into 3400s, I got a Belkin USB card & have attempted to add it to my
daughter's 3400. I did get the hacked software installed and the card in,
and got it to recognize the card, but then have had great difficulty trying
to get the card out of the slot. Neither the eject button nor the paperclip
method appear to work, and since the card is not recognized unless it's
inserted while the 3400 is on, there is no icon to drag to the trash. So
right now the card is stuck in the computer.
I figure I need to either 1) find software that recognizes the card
without having to remove it & reinsert it every time, or 2) somehow make it
much easier to remove the card.

  Ideas, anyone?

Beverly
