Folks,
This happens some times.. You the customer feel that you've been ripped off.
THe sales guys hate it too, becuase they can't keep up with all the orders
quickly enough occasionally. Sometimes their prices are too good, so they get
swamped with orders.. SO they can't keep up. Then it takes them 2 days to
get thru all the orders, and by the time they get down to your order, they're
all sold out..
Just because they have to cancel an order, don't treat them like a
crook---it's almost always non intentional. I know several guys at smalldog,
and really resent them being villified just because they had to cancel an
order. Do you think they're out there trying to rip you off? I don't think
so..
I've spent thousands of dollars with Smalldog, and have still have a couple
orders cancelled.. But it's not the end of the world..
