I got the microphone section cover off (breaking off two of the plastic 
clasps...).
Popped-off the bullet and reseated the ribon connector to the right of 
the mic.
The ribon is nicely rolled on the silver metal hinge. The thing I can't 
see is the
other end of it. it goes down, in the powerbook, but I can't see it 
connecting to the
motherboard. There is a grey plastic thing blocking the view (around the 
hinge).

Should I take out the bottom of the powerbook to go in that way?
