If you land in a major airport anywhere in Europe, and find yourself without
one of these adaptors, ask a cabby (taxi) for a "Tandy".. it's a Radio Shack.
They're sure to have the adaptors..
In the UK or Ireland, go to any electronics shop and you can buy a "Kettle
Cable" which is the equivalent of a computer cable (goes from the wall into
your adaptor).. These should be $2 or thereabouts, though I've been known to
pay 3x's that in eastern Europe when my accent betrayed my nationality..
The adaptors are even better if you can find them.. Sometimes they're hard to
find here in the States...
