All you will need is the little plug converter. If your camcorder is a Sony,
it may have already come with an adapter plug. Actually, electrical service
is usually more reliable in Germany than the US because in any settled
areas, the lines are all underground. I'm sure you will also be relieved to
know that we have indoor plumbing (though you may find some of it odd) and
that you can drink the water :).
