Yes. You will need 2 adapters. One to adapt the little Powerbook video out
to Mac standard and then a Mac to VGA adapter

You have to get a fairly expensive adapter for that to convert the serial
output to parallel.

Not me, but they are pretty cheap at various used places. If you are really
cheap, buy a case with something you don't want (like a SyQuest Drive) and
an internal CD. Take out the thing you don't want and put in the CD. I did
this with an internal CD-RW so I can hook the thing up to all my Macs AND my
PC with a SCSI card.

Should be OK. Your main limiting factor will probably be the amount of
memory in it. Last 68K Mac I really used on the net was a Quad 630 with 36
megs of RAM. It worked OK for me with System 8.1 and Navigator 4.07.
