A dead PRAM battery can also prevent start-up in some PBs - true for the PB150. Did
your date recently show the dread 04 or 56 year dates. If so, your PRAM battery is
dead or dying. Try plugging the PB into its charger, plugged in
to a live wall socket for a minimum of 72 hours uninterupted - somethimes this serves
to juice up the start-up charge enough to boot.
