I checked the door in the back, it has a connector (female), nothing like
the video cables at the VCR or TV.

Now tell whaty type of cable do I need to buy, with what type of connectors
at the iMac and TV end?

Another question, is it posible to use a tape recorder to record from the
sound output port? or to the headphone hookup?, what connector should I use.
