You should also check the Apple site explaining the details re. the program.
Does anyone have the URL?
IIRC, there was no mention of a maximum number of times a 5300 or 190 could
go through the program - nor should there be, IMHO, as it's hardly your
fault the PB keeps failing and/or was not repaired properly the last time(s)
it was in for repairs.
I remember reading that the program was scheduled to finish in a specific
year, 2002 IIRC. Anyone?

I agree with Brent, that you should push it (gently, kindly, though firmly)
with Apple. I have read posts in the past from people who have had their
5300's through the program 4 or 5 or 6 times! But do check on when the
program was supposed to end.

One final note: I'd keep sending the faulty 5300 thru the REA program as
long as you're able. At some point, Apple may just get fed up enough to
replace it with a new PB, which at this point would be a G4. I've read posts
of people getting this offer in the past.
